Bizarre big gold ring hidden faces & Symbols

This most bizarre ring has faces that raise up out of it on each side and the large top has lions in some sort of crest. Even the sides and the back have raised relief. I think this is a mans ring since the width of the top is 3/4". This is really heavy and well made and appears to made as some sort of medieval or gothic theme?. I think is it probably gold filled since I can't find any marks. No wear and in great shape, this size 9 ring is pretty fascinating!

Vintage Figural Gypsy head jeweled POISON ring

With a figural from the art Nouveau . art deco transitional period on the front of this most unusual ring, you can wear this ring and expect a start of conversations and compliments!. SHe has a purple jewel on her neck and tiny pearls that run down along side of her head. The ring is 1 1/3" long and raises up off of your finger a little over 1/2". The ring has fancy metal work on the back and sides and will fit up to an 8. It has a secret panel on the bottom that the band slides into. Inside the poison ring there is a cherub that protects its inside. The ring is in very good condition and is really unusual and pretty! BOOKCHAIN Turquoise etruscan fob BRACELET

The fabulous ETCHINGS on this amazing bookchain bracelet are something to BEHOLD! Not only is it on the wide bookchain links but on the 8 shaped link and the large round ring. The Fob on this is sterling and it has bezel set persian turquoise cabs on ALL sides. The etruscan work on it is so detailed that it is a real work of art. Not to mention how big it is ( 1 1/2" long and 1 1/2" wide). This had a chain on the back that was one continuous piece and you had to slide the bracelet on so we had a sterling double safety clasp put on it to make sure most wrists could get into it. This is 1" wide and measures 6 1/2" on the inside. IT is so much nicer than the photos and it is is in great shape too!! One of the more impressive pieces I have ever offered for sale.

Victorian BLACK JET mourning Cameo NECKLACE 2strand

When you own a piece of mourning jewelry you own a little piece of the past and this one has such a wonderful charm to it that when you hold it in your hands you can't help but say OHHHHHH. The hand cut beads on the 2 strands that hold this beautiful came are much nicer than the photos. There is something about old jet glass that gives off a luminescence that you don't get with modern glass. The graduated beads on both strands graduate up to 1/2" and have a look of quality and elegance that can not be compared to in newer pieces. The glass jet cameo is molded glass( see the mold marks on the back) and most likely came from czechoslovakia. The necklace will go up to 16 1/4"" and has a hook clasp signed made in Western Germany. There is an additional 3 1/2" drop for the hanging jet glass cameo. What is even more special about this is the acorn bottom glass drop tassels. Very rare and completely hand cut. Once you own one of these old mourning pieces you will never go back. It is in great shape with gentle wear on the edges.

ANtique Gothic Medieval WIDE Victorian Bracelet

This amazing antique hand wrought bracelet is so unusual and exotic that you just have to have it! It is so wide( 2 1/4") and so beautiful when worn that you will be impressed with it from the start. It is well made so it hangs like silk on your arm yet is not too heavy to be uncomfortable.This is 7" long when close with the hidden pin clasp. Each of the links is hollow with a back. I am not sure of the metal content. It is really old and quite stunning! I am sure it is not a mass produced item and was probably custom made.

This costume and fine jewelry lot contains 139 pieces including cameos. enamel, sterling, signed, demi parures, pieces from the 30’s to now, arts & crafts, deco, retro, copper, gold filled, figurals, jelly belly, rhinestone, glass, and more. There are few sets of earrings that go with brooches or a necklace, but most of this is brooches. There are some unusual figurals like a rhinestone anchor and butterflies and enamel pop art cat. Antique 5 minecut diamond white yellow gold wedding band

This feminine and dainty 14kt gold and mine cut? diamond ring was either a wedding ring or a ring guard. It is slender and tiny and is a size 7 and the diamonds in the center. This wonderful old pendant ( on a 22" long 14kt GOLD chain) is 2 sided with the portrait of Madonna and Baby Jesus ( also called Madonna of the poor) on the front. This gorgeous SIGNED Eisenberg Original hangs in the most unique way! Bizarre Primitive Egyptian head Garnet Ring

Such a strange face on this garnet and sterling ring that weighs a whopping 28 grams~!Possibly a fraternal ring? The size of the head is 1 1/3" long and it makes quite an unusual conversation piece when you wear it! It has some marking on the inside ( see photo) and appears to be a sand cast ring of molten sterling silver. This is a size 11 1/2 and has so much silver in it that I doubt anything could ever damage it.

Dramatic vintage sterling HUGE lacey Scarab bracelet pin earrings

Let no one say you don’t know how to IMPRESS the best! The bracelet ( which to me belongs in a museum, it is THAT nice) is one of the finest artisan bracelets I have seen and weighs 116 grams! ( heaven forbid this was ever scrapped it would be worth a LOT just in silver). The length of this dramatic piece is 6 ½” on the shortest side and 6” on the longest. Since it is made in the shape of a collar it is made to fit all the way up the arm in a really form fitting and elegant way. This has a pin closure too. The earrings are marked silver and have a hanging scab in the center and they measure 1 ½” long and are screw on. The brooch is also silver and it has beautiful Etruscan work on it and it measures 1 ¼” wide. It is signed but all I can make out is Israel. All pieces are in very good working order and in great condition

This 4" amazing signed brooch is one of the nicest I have seen from that particular line. FOUR inches is a huge piece so you have to be ready to be bombarded with COMPLIMENTS! ANtique Amethyst EDWARDIAN necklace bracelet

This is one of the nicest antique amethyst edwardian sets I have ever offered so be sure you don't miss out on this at the last minute ( I will do layaway on this too). The open fancy grill backs on the pendant and the bracelet makes these HUGE stones show up like nothing you have seen. The rich heavy gilt metal frames are so ornate I can't begin to to explain all the work in it. The set weighs quite a lot and is one of the highest quality costume pieces you will ever come across.I have more photos of this if you want to email me. The bracelet has its original safety chain and it measures 7" long and 1 1/2" wide with each link being soldered and hinged. The necklace measures 18" long around the neck with an additional 3 1/2" drop. The drop is made like Haskell pieces ( this is pre-haskell so maybe this is where she got her ideas from). It has layers of gilt leaves and pearls and rhinestones the frame the top to match the vine like raised relief bezel sides. The tassel has a beautiful star shaped adornment with a purple glass cabachon center like you find in Austro hungarian pieces. The second drop on this has wire mesh tassels. The metal wire mesh neck chain has such intricate weaving that I can't imagine a machine being able to do it. The stones look like slag glass looks when you look thru it which really makes them loaded with purple colors. The accent rhinestones just finish off this amazing set that original to each other. I can't say enough good about this and the photos don't come close to how fantastic it is. Other than one link having what looks like a missing metal scroll half bead it is in very very good condition. IT is such an impressive set that you can only look at it in awe and be glad you are its owner!!Sold as is and as found (used and vintage). Vintage Gothic jeweled snake Cameo bookchain bracelet

Drama and mystery surround this beautiful figural gothic bracelet that has snakes and cameos and a multitude of stones. Set on a fancy etched repousse bookchain, these large circular links each have a different scenario all related to a period when figures and certain types of stones warded off evil and protected the wearer. This has a rich deep blue intaglio neoclassical cameo set into a high claw setting. The snake guards red garnet color rhinestone with brilliant clear jewels. The chrysoprase and carnelian, also protector stones, are set with tiny pearl colored beads in moons and flowers. This is a really well made bracelet that has agd gracefully and is rich in patina. Vintage Victorian lover's EYE DEco hinged BIZARRE Bracelet
We acquired this very mysterious looking bracelet from a family member of a 1940's costumer in London who created many accessories and costumes for dramatic plays like Hamlet. I also have one more unusual bracelet from the same costumer listed as well. (THis is from her personal collection and I will be offering more if they come to me). Eye miniatures were popular from around the 1780's to around 1830, and stories are told of how they are linked to loved ones and served as memorials, as well as being used to protect from the "evil eye." Protective jewelry is highly sought after and very collectible to this day. What is an extremely unusual characteristic of this fabulous bracelet is the fact the eye seems to travel and follow you wherever you go. You can feel safe with the knowledge that you are being protected from every angle and avenue! Since this bracelet has the eye in the center, one would imagine that the costumer would have used it to dress her subject to ward off spells or evil potions. Surrounded by Faux faceted garnet colored glass, this is one of the most spectacular and bizarre bracelets I have ever possessed. I am sure it is one of kind, and a treasure to behold! The base of the bracelet is from the 20-30's with raised relief all the way around. The EYE is so very real looking that even the gilt filigree looks like the eye is being surrounded by lashes in its raised mount. The base is a thick 2 layers of flowers and leaves. The hinge and the clasp work great and it even has a safety chain to protect it from loss. This measures 6 1/2" long on the inside, and is 1" and 1/3" wide.
